It’s been an eventful few months and lots of new things coming up at Lazy Bike Tours

Ciaran Taking a Tour Out

Ciaran Taking a Tour Ou

It has been eventful few months since our last blog here at Lazy Bike Tours.

One of our founding members, Ciaran has moved overseas in the pursuit of Love and Happiness. We will miss him here as he was always a good man for a song. We wish him all the best and will keep you posted on how he is getting on.

We had the guys from Rte’s Nationwide in with us in February and they filmed one of our tours for Irish television. We have had a great reaction to the article they did on us since it went out on RTE. If you did not see it, have a look for your self. Lazy Bikes RTE Player

We have been asked quite a lot last year if we hire bikes, so over the winter months we have been looking into this and after a lot of looking at bikes and testing we have found a bike we are happy with and have placed an order. We should take delivery of them at the end of March just in time for the summer. So we will not only offer tours but bike hire as well. We have opted for conventional bikes for hire as this is what we have been asked for by visitors to Dublin.

We will keep you posted on their arrival.

It has been a great start to the season with lots going on in Dublin. There was the St Patrick’s Festival last week which is always a great event with lots to do and see in the city. The next big event is the Remembrance of 1916. It has been a 100 years since the rebellion that change Irish history and turned the country into the Ireland we have today. Check out ireland.ie for full details of the events that will take place in the city over the Easter period.

Lazy Bikes & See Dublin By Bike

We have also been working with “See Dublin By Bike” so that both companies can offer tours to larger groups. So far this relationship has been going well and the feed back we have had from our customers has been very positive. We are looking forward to working with the guys again in the future.

Our full summer schedule is now available and bookings can be made 24 hours a day seven days a week on our website using our secure booking partner Rezgo.

Tours are daily and times are 10am, 12:30pm and 3pm. If you require something out side of these times please drop us a email to hello@lazybiketours.com with your request.

Keep an eye on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages as we have some interesting events planned with some new partners we are working with.

I look forward to seeing you on a tour,

Hugh
